Appears to be group of bathers at Bradford Beach in Milwaukee.
On the left, figures appear to be wrestling while others look on, with beach house in back.
Appears to be signed bottom right corner - partially obstructed by frame.
Also full signature Otto Bielefeld on verso.
Also stamped to the board it says "Donated by the Artist for the Layton School of Art Scholarship Fund".
